You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant TexWorld a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute and adapt that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

6. Paid services

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle and refund policy will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Termination

TexWorld may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity, or extended inactivity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Shaoxing, Zhejiang.
