The competitive focus in pet bedding is shifting from print and softness to the physical parameters of a piece of fabric. China Customs data and industry public data show that the global 3D spacer fabric market continues to grow steadily. After home textiles and automotive interiors, pet products have become one of the fastest-penetrating segments. This means that when buyers evaluate bedding suppliers, metrics such as gram weight, air permeability, rebound decay and wash cycles are gradually replacing "how soft does it feel" as the new basis for comparison.

The Underlying Push Behind Material Iteration

Traditional plush and coral fleece offer decent warmth but poor breathability. When worn against pet fur for long periods, they trap heat, raising the risk of shedding, eczema and fungal infections in spring and summer.
