- Green low-carbon: Changzhou Xurong's Su Mian Suo Xu uses 43% conventional nylon, 25% recycled nylon with Sorona® and spandex. The recycled content accounts for nearly a quarter, and the dyeing process uses nylon single-dye technology to highlight vertical texture. This indicates that industrial application of recycled nylon has achieved economic feasibility, no longer a conceptual showcase.
- Refined comfort: Quanzhou Bacui's Cooling Fabric embeds phase-change cooling functional factors during the spinning stage, achieving instant cooling and bidirectional thermoregulation. Fujian Honggang's Cotton-Feel Warp Knit uses nylon-spandex wrapped yarn with jacquard and open-hole structures, presenting a dry cotton feel with moisture-wicking, quick-drying and sun protection. Taipingniao's Liuli Grid uses 10D semi-dull nylon FDY with precision hot-pressing to achieve down-proof without lining, pushing nylon's application boundary into ultra-light down jackets.
The commonality of these six fabrics is that nylon is no longer a supporting player but the core carrier for structural support and functional output. For upstream chemical fiber enterprises, this means customized demand for chip and spinning processes will increase significantly; for downstream apparel brands, the technical threshold for fabric procurement is rising.
