The 29th Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics, one of the textile industry's premier annual events, will open at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) Shanghai from April 15-17, 2026. The event will feature over 3,000 exhibitors across 200,000 square meters — a record scale.
Exhibition Highlights
Under the theme "Sustainable · Smart · Global," the fair features dedicated zones for fabrics, accessories, sustainable fashion, and digital textiles. The sustainable fashion zone has expanded 50% from the previous edition, reflecting the industry's growing commitment to green development.
International exhibitors from 30+ countries including Italy, Japan, Korea, Turkey, and India will showcase their latest premium fabric collections and design concepts.
Concurrent Events
Over 20 professional events will run alongside the exhibition, including the Global Textile Sustainability Summit, China Fabric Design Competition awards, and textile smart manufacturing seminars. A new "AI + Textiles" showcase zone will debut, highlighting AI applications in fabric design, pattern development, and quality inspection.
